At Ish & Ash Productions, we are dedicated to providing a distinct experience that sets us apart from the rest. Our commitment to personalized service and meticulous attention to detail ensures you receive high-quality wedding films that capture your unique story.
Our Process
Once you've submitted your inquiry, expect to hear from us within 24-48 hours (Unless it's a weekend, then it would be Monday), and we'll provide you with our pricing brochure. Following that, we can schedule a call to address any inquiries you may have and commence the process of tailoring your package to your preferences. After we've crafted your ideal package, securing your booking is as simple as completing a 50% retainer and signing the contract.
Your Special Day
We have strict standards when it comes to what we produce and never compromise on quality. This is especially true leading up to your wedding day. We send out questionnaires and finalize timelines so we know how the whole day will be and what we can expect. Finally, your wedding day is here!

FAQs
How long are your wedding films?
Our essentials package gives you a 3-5 min Highlight film. We do offer custom packages such as full ceremony, full dances, full speeches etc. that all are start to finish meaning no time limit.
When will our films be sent?
Our typical turnaround time is 5-6 weeks on a standard timeline. However, during the wedding peak season, the ETA can go up to 9-12 weeks. If you purchase any additional edits the timeframe goes up as well.
Do you offer Raw-Footage?
We do offer raw footage and also offer a Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) edit. Both are additional costs and are not included in either of our packages. The difference between the two is one is no edits, lots of shaky footage, multiple small clips, and huge file sizes. The FOMO edit is all footage on one timeline that is edited and has a soundtrack. (there are more differences and can discuss if needed!
How is music selected?
Due to copyright reasons, we don’t take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film. However - always tell us if there’s a song you NEED and we’ll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film.
Are there travel fees?
We are based in Winston-Salem and we offer Domestic and international travel packages. Our Essentials Package can also include travel in the Base Price depending on your wedding location!
What is the average investment?
The average investment with us for 2024 is $3500 with collections ranging from $2850 - $6500. These packages are designed to meet your coverage needs. We also offer custom packages based on your different needs.
